Most of the websites we look at aren't badly built. They're just invisible. The pages exist, but Google has never been given a clear reason to show them: the titles are vague, the structure is confusing, and the text says everything except what the business actually does.
The fix is rarely dramatic. It usually comes down to deciding what each page is for, writing it properly, and clearing the technical obstacles that stop search engines reading it. That work is unglamorous. It is also what moves rankings.
